Died after 3 months - Renewed twice
Not a bad product if it lasts a long time. I got mine in March and it still works to this day. Suddenly he is completely dead. Tried different USB ports and different computers. This thing isn't responding. It's past the return date so I'll be looking at different options. UPDATE #1 6/26/21 - I received a message from the seller offering a replacement. Because of this I upgraded it to 3 stars. If I receive a replacement I will update this review again. UPDATE #2 7/16/21 - I received the replacement promised by the seller. It was a new device and works perfectly. Rating upgraded to 4 for excellent seller service.
