At first this tray was a real find. It's big so the cat has room to move around and the flip top is the best design ever. Turned upside down, it's easy to clean and the door keeps all odors out. But I disagree that the swing door breaks after about 6 months of use. The swinging door has two pins molded in plastic at the top that snap into the blue cover and form a hinge. These pins break off and the door falls into the shelf. I bought three of these and two have now made it.
