Some products require double stacking

If you're tired of constantly cleaning baking trays or foil-lined baking trays, this is a handy option. They are light and have enough space to bake new dishes or simply warm up leftovers. Being in the country, we rarely eat out and cook at home all the time. I don't like using the microwave to reheat leftovers as it changes the texture of most foods (things turn out raw or chewy rather than crispy). So these pans are a plus for reheating food in the oven without having to pull out the baking sheet or casserole dish. With the lid on, they're also a plus when you're taking food somewhere. This way you don't have to worry about someone not returning your pot. The most important thing is that these pans are quite fragile. If you were to glue two or three chicken breasts to one, you would definitely have to remove the pan at both ends. Just take it from one end and the pan will bend almost immediately. So either castrate twice when you take something out of the oven or transfer it somewhere. Or watch how you deal with it. Otherwise, they're not a bad deal.
