It really helped me get rid of my lower leg pain! My measurements were at the top of the small webbing size and below at the large webbing size. I bought the smaller one as my husband was the same size as the smaller one. So if he needs them in the future, we can both benefit. It was a bit small on my foot when I first got it, but it has stretched a bit since I got it, so I can wear it comfortably now. Ironically, right after I bought one, my husband got a shin splint and took the one I bought for myself. I had to buy another set. We both recommend them!
