Good quality, might run a bit big for smalls
I probably should have ordered a medium, but i didnt want it to look too loose from the rouching. It does run a tad bit big for smalls. I am 5ft 5 145lbs. Its a but tight but i am In the process of losing 5lbs and it will fit better. Not a lot of give, but overall a very pretty, casual dress. Worth it.
