The phone I received was actually new (brand new, unopened original Samsung packaging) and was indeed factory unlocked (fully unlocked, use any SIM card). Factory unlocked and was literally new in stock. As you can see from the reviews of these phones, getting exactly what you want can be a challenge. I just wrote a long review about it, but Revain oddly turned it down, so here's a shorter review. When buying a phone here the number one concern is whether the phone is actually unlocked and/or really new, refurbished etc as described - as seen in the reviews here. The phone I received was brand new and factory correct. unlocked.
