I like that it is easy for people who are not familiar with this type of product or technology but can use simple instructions so they don't have problems using them after training sessions! It also helps me keep track all my calibrations which makes things easier when troubleshooting issues at work/home where there may be different types of tools used (elevators etc.). Sometimes taking pictures off your phone takes too long as well sometimes if its an issue we need help resolving immediately then maybe having someone else look over our screen would make more sense than waiting around until i get home? Its ok though because thats what support reps do anyway haha!! Good communication between customer service rep & myself was key here since both sides were very helpful throughout any difficulties experienced during setup phase - just follow their directions carefully.
