I love that it keeps all my communications in one place, so I can see everything at once without having to search for old emails separately. It's also very easy to use! Sometimes notifications aren't as clear as they could be (maybe due to translation issues?). But overall, we've been happy with the product since our implementation started last year. The team is really responsive when you have questions or are looking to improve your experience. We're able to send secure messages internally but still easily collaborate externally across teams.
