I love that it keeps all my communications in one place, so I can see everything at once without having to search for old emails separately. It's also very easy to use! Sometimes notifications aren't as clear as they could be (maybe due to translation issues?). But overall, we've been happy with the product since our implementation started last year. I like how simple it is for my team members, no matter where they are in their day or what device/computer tool that's used by them; everything can be done via input so there isn't much room left out! I love how easy it is for my team members to communicate with me via Slack, which makes project management much easier than trying to find each other in emails or meetings!
