Review on 🔥 W10134009 Dishwasher Heating Element in Stock – Compatible with W10518394, 8194250 by Kevin Brianne

I bought this for my jet dishwasher because it had a 1 year warranty. When I received it, it fitted my broken heating element perfectly. The threads matched, the screws matched and the size matched - replacement plastic screws were included. Since the threads were the same, I didn't need them, but used new screws anyway. I read that some people didn't get screws and threads so they had to buy them. - it was fairly easy to swap out the element - the dishwasher went back to dry heat. My dishwasher lasted 2 years before the element broke. See attached picture. I hope this replacement goes beyond that. I saw several reviews where it either got too hot to melt the bottom of the dishwasher or the heater broke after a while. I will update my review if something similar happens. Tip: If you have a multimeter, check the continuity of the heating element before repairing it. You don't want to waste time installing an unreliable item. After the fix, run a diagnostic run. This is the quickest way to tell if it's working. To start a diagnostic cycle, quickly press Cycle-Dry-Sanitary Clean three times in the same order. This will also reset your sensor. If the sensors are not reset, the dishwasher may not turn on the heating element.
