Last update: The company contacted me about the mug and offered to send a replacement. A replacement set arrived today in the same lovely gift box! You are exquisite! I use my old ones every day for coffee and sometimes for tea. I like you very much! Thank you Kop & Hagen! Update: The cups are really good. Size, design, preservation of coffee temperature. Everything is good except that one cup started to fade color at the bottom after a month of brief use. I strictly hand wash them after each use. It doesn't matter because it's on the bottom, but for a $15 mug, I expect more durability. I contacted the company about the shortage. They didn't respond, although the "thank you" note that came with the kit told them to reach out to them if they had any questions. So subtract two stars for quality and customer support. First Review: Perfectly sized coffee or tea cups. Exceptional quality. They are a comfortable weight and keep drinks hotter for longer. A little warm to the touch, but pleasantly warm. I would recommend hand washing. Cool, modern mugs. Thanks to them I look forward to my morning. Overall excellent!
