I got these just a bit over a month ago and just now got the time to use these. The first one I pulled out was missing it's cap.no where inside the box. I didn't think much because they had 71 others to choose from but then the second one had a cap but the tip was broken off! Then I noticed that there was just double of the same colors some triple so not 72 different colors but the worst part was that the majority of these pens were completely dried out and the ones that weren't still couldn't complete a full written word without drying out. No it's to late for a return.
