Reliable Solution That Has Helped Strengthen Business' Long Term Relationship With Customers

I enjoyed every aspect about this service-to-client software solution that can be customized as per our requirements/requirments for each individual client or organization we serve. The support team available in case there are any issues relating to such solutions at hand, they have been very responsive & friendly over phone while interacting with them during an ongoing project implementation process. This helps build goodwill among clients who will work along side us using these tools daily - which also contributes towards reducing turnover costs by retaining employees longer time than anticipated. 1.) User interface2.) Training3). Customization4.). Scalability5.). Customer Service6.). Cost7th.- Data management8 th.-- Overall it's really awesome! Nothing much yet i felt was lacking so far when implementing ADIServices through salesforce1 cloud. Our main goal here The ease with which I am able to change my own password or log in for a new user/customer. It's very intuitive and it would be nice if there was an option somewhere that allowed me see what type of security measures were used when creating my account. Have not had any problems while using this system. This program has helped streamline our account creation process as well as allowing us to better track customer information after they have left their first visit.

  • How easy is access once you receive your login link.It makes life simple ,the layoutis clear cut without being too complicated.The only con right now could likely fall under lackof training but since Im going into marketing its something ive wantedfor years!! (dont hold out hope)Great Job
