Wrong color received

I ordered a purple tie and received a brown one. States return free of charge, but there is no possibility of return. The material is thick and the quality of the tie is consistent with the price, but the color is not the same as the picture.

We bought a dark purple tie and the color was perfect!

Cons

The length of the tie may be too short or too long for some children.
