Instead of a hole for a walker's leg, it has two cross slots that will not fit the leg. (Some thought that if you bought pre-cut balls for walkers, they would fit right out of the box rather than having to cut them.) The box says to watch the installation video on their website. There is no such video on their website. Their website suggests calling them for installation instructions. You call the number and get "Wireless Client" voicemail. Called, left message for 2 days, no call back. Bad customer service. I think there must be another product that really works for walking feet. It's not like this.
