I received my face mask 6 days after the lab received it from me. It fits well although a little thick, I also have a small mouth and is missing 4 molars that were removed for orthodontics. I didn't use all the putty and the smaller mold seemed a little big to me, but they were able to make a mouthguard from what I sent them. I slept at her place last night and when I woke up my jaw didn't hurt but my overbite went away for a few minutes after I removed the mouthguard. I think it's too thick so I emailed them and they exchanged it for a thinner version which is better for me. Excellent customer service
