I was very surprised at how much these new shoulder straps have changed. I originally ordered a new respirator but there was some weirdness in shipping prior to opening and then delays in replacement so I ordered these straps as a replacement. After putting them on my device today, I felt a bit silly. Super easy exchange and costs $10. About half the cost of a new respirator but you also save on rubbish, rubbish etc. I really believe in using the item for as long as possible and the 3M half mask I bought about 5 years ago still is in a good condition . I would recommend these belts to anyone who has a respirator in good condition that even has slightly worn belts (not the wear and tear I've had).
