These TV trays are definitely made for heavy use. I don't think the laminated lid will have the same issues I've seen with other bowls such as B. Moisture blisters. However I have to agree wholeheartedly with the review from 'Amy' where she said 'My only complaints are the same as the other reviews - the table top is covered with the plastic that was previously fitted. The base of the tray was attached with screws and metal brackets. To completely remove the plastic you would need to unscrew the brackets and remove the tabletop. I just trimmed the plastic as best I could. How to use the TV stand . I was able to remove the whole sticker by removing it very slowly. There's no reason why the manufacturer can't stick this sticker on the plastic and wrap the plastic around the table top after the top has been screwed onto the base. Aside from those few minor complaints, these TV stands are exactly what I was looking for.” Removing the sticker left a sticky residue that didn't come off with soap and water, so I had to test other products very carefully to make sure that it would remove the sticky residue without damaging the laminate. Nothing I've tried has worked. A small problem, but very annoying!
