Cannot focus on all parts of the picture. It's ok for watching movies. However, since a projector is advertised for gamers, this is unacceptable. In many games, the HUD elements are on the corners of the screen and I can't focus on them all at once. I set up the projector correctly with no keystone distortion on a 120 inch screen. I tried reconfiguring LCD panels and concentrated gaming for hours. Based on forum posts I've read online, this seems to be the 'normal' behavior of this projector. Very disappointed, the input lag is great and when I focus on a part of the image it looks surprisingly sharp. I just want to get that sharpness across the whole image. EDIT: Revain sent me a replacement and after fixing the panel alignment issues I'm very happy with the overall image sharpness. I am updating to 4 stars instead of 3. It would be 5 stars if Epson included some sort of documentation that describes to the buyer what the actual image should look like when in focus. The projector must have a sample image that can load a high resolution photograph taken of the specified image on a well calibrated reference projector.
