I ordered these to use as bassinet pads between sheets. You washed up well. They can be machine washed and tumble dried. You are soft. Soft absorbent material on one side only. Others only waterproof material. If you want a reversible one, don't take it. Although I don't care They are taller than most diaper changers. I would recommend them for this type of use. As for the pads on the cradle, not really. I have a Fisher Price Stow N Go cradle. These pads are the perfect width for my bassinet and are about 4 inches shorter. These cushions are rectangular and my bassinet is oval so I have to fold in the corners. But I knew these things when I ordered them. My problem is the design. They have a raised hem and the tag is on the absorbent size. When stacked together with the sheets in between, this raised edge creates quite a large bulge. I would not recommend them for a cradle.
