I ordered this case because I wanted to protect my phone and keep all my credit cards safe. Pros: Beautiful color, soft to the touch, card slots are very narrow so cards won't fall out. I also liked that the phone holder can be removed and carried separately from the wallet. Cons: The general case was too bulky when containing nine cards and one ID; so much so that it was difficult to close and the latch would not stay closed when the phone was stored. I couldn't even imagine using the zip pocket; this extra bulkiness when empty and is really unnecessary. Who actually still carries cash/coins? Finally, but most importantly, when I opened the case and turned it over, the magnetic strip that was supposed to hold the iPhone 11 in place failed miserably. The phone fell out after a few seconds. Immediately returned and not recommended.
