This is an adequate hair dryer. However, the hub mount is a source of frustration. It doesn't stay, which is very frustrating when you're in a hurry. It seems that the way it attaches could be more secure so that end users don't have to deal with it falling all the time. It simply snaps into place, but falls off again just as easily. Otherwise it's a bit heavier than I would like, but I wouldn't buy it again.
