This is the only mask I've ever worn that literally made me gasp for oxygen LOL. I tried to take a lesson in it and I could hardly breathe through the filter. The next time I put them on without a filter it was a little better, but I still found myself gasping for air and having to pull the mask off my face to catch my breath after climbing stairs or talked for a few minutes. . Not for talking or teaching, but I wear it for a quick trip to the gas station or something.
