Item is cracked since day of receiving. Poor quality gift for my dying mother.

I like the concept of the gift idea, but upon receiving and gifting it to my mom it was cracked where some of the words were engraved in at the corners. It also does not hang properly with poor structure overall. I normally wouldn’t make a big deal about something like this but this was a special gift I picked up for my mom while she’s battling cancer and potentially not going to make it. I want a refund.
