I'm of average build with a slim waist and weight ranges from 5-9,165 lbs. I bought media and swam in it. I returned them with no problem and bought exactly the same ones in a small size (they are my only small items in my closet) and they fit perfectly. So the size seems to be the opposite of what one would expect from China. Once you get the right size, you'll be delighted with the quality and material. I wear them to yoga and weightlifting at the gym. No complaints other than they put the wrong tags on it!
