Review on Delcast Watt Precision Soldering Iron by Alex Ferry

Just want to point out that Delcast is a legit company! These days, both sellers and consumers can have poor quality and ruin it for the rest of us, but I can tell you right away that you should try Delcast and its products if you haven't already. I found the soldering iron to work great, but due to user error and the fact that I had just started soldering, I suddenly had a problem with the soldering iron when trying to use it. My big tip: Since it doesn't have temperature control, unplug it when not in use or ready for a project. If you leave it on or turn on a soldering iron at high temperature, the coil will burn out. Well I had no idea what I was doing wrong and decided to contact Delcast or Bobs parts I think it's for advice and warranty. I was stunned and honestly didn't believe them when they said they would replace it for free. Got a new one today and will always be grateful to this company for keeping their word and guarantee. It wasn't even a conversation, just "Tell me where to send it". You are all wonderful! I will definitely be buying more products from them in the future and promoting honest businesses like them! Thank you!
