Don't waste your money

I'm sure the final product can be pretty. But if you don't have an extra five hours to put all the pieces together, you're going to be in trouble. I am so annoyed with this product that I literally stopped writing this review in the middle of decorating my dad's birthday. Each subsequent pom-pom and serpentine must be gathered and fluffed up by hand, then tied, and then tied together. I could get lighter stuff at the dollar store.
