Why sticky? in the Camera & Photo section

I've had this camera on my camera for a total of about an hour since I bought it a year ago. Granted, this is mostly because I just don't like straps, but that's part of what I was hoping this would help; separability. And this part is really well done. This is the pillow that killed me. What's Good: + Buckle release makes it easier to remove the camera while seated + Buckles are reversed between left and right side so you can zip the short ends together to keep them from dangling + Loops are small enough to get in - and getting out the camera much easier than strap mounts. Bad: - No pipeline; raw neoprene edges only. They will wear out and separate, although I haven't used mine enough to cause this. Not particularly comfortable on your neck either - the buckles are within reach of most DSLR screens. I think it's a problem with detachable buckles - there are tabs on the pad for grabbing. WHY?! I will NEVER rely on a grip to keep the camera from slipping off my shoulder; it will always be across my body (so that the camera is held on the waist, opposite the shoulder where the strap ends). The only thing these bulges do is make me almost take my shirt off when I pull the camera out to use it or put it away. Not liking the extra strap restrictions at all, this particular trick sealed its fate.
