Not sure if these pens are the same as the originals

Can't figure out what these descriptions have to do with writing pens. Value for money is normal, about the same as everywhere else. I'm not sure if these pens are the same as the ones I've bought before. They have less ink on the tips and feel stiffer than the ones I've used before. Causes incomplete lines and uneven ink flow
