Very Good Affordable Blue Light Blocking Glasses

I didn't want to pay more than $60-100 for a pair of glasses I "don't need" so I was glad to find them at a fairly affordable price. Price. I think the build quality is a bit below what I was hoping for, but for $22 you really can't get too excited. I definitely don't think they'll break anytime soon, they just feel a little flimsy in the hand, but that's no big deal. As far as blue light blocking goes, they seem to do exactly what they advertise. I've noticed my eyes sometimes feel tight when first applied, probably due to the sudden color change, but after adjusting they feel really good and after a few hours on the computer my eyes hurt a lot less now when I put them on. And I have reason to believe they're also helping my brain produce more melatonin, as I've been feeling more tired and sleep-ready for the first time in years. It may just be the placebo effect, but it's worth noting. Overall, I'm sleeping a little better since wearing them on the computer and in games. In terms of comfort, I'd say they're pretty good. Sometimes they slip down my nose a bit after a while, but that can only be from body sweat, but it's worth mentioning nonetheless. In particular, they don't pinch my nose so I can wear them for quite a long time and my nose or ears don't start to hurt, so that's very good too. I would say if you are like me and not willing to spend a lot of money this is a really good option. They even come with a storage box so I can take them with me without worrying about scratching them.
