I like that it's possible to change the length of the schedule. If you want to go out for dinner with friends on Saturday night, but you don't know how long you will be there, you can set up a schedule where you only need to pay for the time where you are actually at the restaurant. You can also easily see which days are still open for future events. It is not as easy to cancel an event if you realize you do not want to attend. It does not seem like you can just edit this in the system. The system was very confusing and sometimes I had to ask my coworker for help. At least when you book an event, you can choose between having a payment or not. The ability to send out reminders and keep track of events is great. I really like that I can set up my own schedule as well. It's a little confusing at first but once you get used to it this becomes much more helpful. I would say the interface could be made better. If you are looking for something simple then this might not be the right tool for you. However if you want to manage multiple events it works very well. I am using it to organize meetings with several colleagues in different time zones.
