Review on 🦷 16 Count Pack of 1 DenTek Ready-Fit Disposable Dental Guards for Nighttime Teeth Grinding - Clear/No Color by Traci Westhoff

I know I've had issues with bruxism since childhood, but I've never been treated. However, after finally realizing that I wake up every morning with a headache from clenching my jaw, I'm finally taking action and planning to order a special night mask from the dentist after trying several other options. After reading so many rave reviews about this product, I had high hopes for the Den Tek Ready-Fit Disposable Night Guards. However, I found them terribly uncomfortable and couldn't sleep at all. To be honest I have no idea how anyone can conveniently find them. I've also tried another brand of night protection that needs to be cooked and shaped and they were slightly better but still uncomfortable. Therefore, I will order a night watchman to order and will no longer spend money on buying home-made solutions. I now wear special whitening mouth guards at night that I have had for over 15 years and they work much better than these night guards. I would return them but I used one and figured I can't return it. So my opinion is don't waste your money on this.
