God, WHAT the heck is this "fur "?
I bought a brown multicolored collar from you and it is beautiful! Decided to order another one from your company because I was satisfied. And this black rag appears with a strange feeling. Seriously, if this is "real" fur, I want to know what animal has such a rough, dirty-matt fur? Finding an answer company, even at a low price, is a waste of money. And I want mine back.
