I like that everything can be done online and in one place without having to send multiple forms back and forth between various departments or offices. It is easy to use! Everything was very organized and simple. Nothing so far - no issues with the system itself, but as with anything new there are always hiccups when first implementing something big into your business process. We needed an efficient way to keep records of our annual report filings and make sure they were all submitted in time to meet deadlines. This software has helped us tremendously.
