Excellent quality. My husband's previous CAT phone went black on screen due to too much dirt getting into his phone and fixing it was like buying a new phone out of pocket. Our carrier insurance does not replace any equipment purchased from you (Sprint). He found this model to use until the 5g CAT model comes out in December. Works great so far. It's at a construction site, and it's a military phone, virtually indestructible. I would recommend it to anyone who works hard as you can pretty much play baseball with it and it still works great.
