And the clip that attaches the armband to your arm falls apart and no longer registers, allowing you to actually use the device. I don't understand why so much effort was put into the machine, but the most important part to turn on the machine doesn't work. I am angry about the quality of the product. They need to send some sort of part that actually holds and secures the part in the car for it to be used. I would also like two replacement straps for free.
