This is the only running belt I've found designed for runners. Waist sizes from 36 to 80 inches are best. I've never seen fat runners. This fits the runner's waist (22 to 36 inches) and stays in place as you run. The bag easily expands to hold a phone, a small snack and a separate inner pocket for a key or remote control. It has a hole for a headphone cable (although I prefer the TaoTronics Bluetooth, which I reviewed). The water bottles are big enough but not too big (I only use one). I also carry a pocket knife with me with no problem (you never know what you may come across). Highly recommended. Try making it a Lightning Deal to save even more!
