I bought these strips and then read the reviews and didn't know what to expect. They have worked great for me and even removed hairs I didn't know I had. I washed my face with regular Dove soap. I did this because I have naturally oily skin and most of my face products contain chemicals and I didn't want to cause irritation. Then I rubbed the strips in my hands for about a minute. I then applied a strip to each side of the upper lip, being careful to apply pressure to the waxy area of the strip. Finally, I quickly removed each strip, working against the direction of my hair growth. They definitely work!
