Doesn't work, tried 2 or 3 times. I would apply it to a section of 10 to 15 hairs and only get 1 and a few red spots on my face. I bleed 100%. Used exactly as directed in the instructions. The pain doesn't bother me but even after using the soothing pads they only send 4 for 20 strips? My skin is still red, irritated, burning and I have 1 or 2 hairs waxed on each side. I used it on my chin and eyebrows, both only lost 1-2 hairs.

I'm SHOCKED they don't have a higher rating! I have to think of user error. I've been using them for years and love them. Hair removal without problems! No slime, no hot wax, and they will definitely remove hair. BE SURE TO WARM IT IN YOUR HANDS before parting, apply to hair, rub lightly in the direction of the hair to keep warm and pull quickly. Works every time.

Reviews of this product are mixed. There were great reviews but I tried and it didn't work. I had spots on my chin, but the black hair with the strip of wax didn't come out. I first went through the instructions and rubbed it between my hands but it still didn't work. Very disappointed and I have 2 burns under my chin.

I used the product as directed, it removed my hair but also removed a few layers of skin! I have a few layers of skin on my chin and above my upper lip. I thought I would pass out when I saw this. Now my skin is just ripped off and I'm laying there trying to sleep with bacitracin on my face because I don't know what else to do to heal the damage. I am very sad. I can't go out to do maintenance like waxing or nail polish and I was really excited about this product. I'm not just depressed.

It wasn't even on my skin for five seconds, I've used all the appropriate sedatives (ice, oil to remove wax) and fourteen hours later I still have a bright red spot on my lip. I will never try this product again. I thought a natural product would be easier on my skin but no.

I bought these strips and then read the reviews and didn't know what to expect. They have worked great for me and even removed hairs I didn't know I had. I washed my face with regular Dove soap. I did this because I have naturally oily skin and most of my face products contain chemicals and I didn't want to cause irritation. Then I rubbed the strips in my hands for about a minute. This is my first time removing my eyebrows and I didn't want to handle warm wax. These worked very well! I cut the strips in quarters to use smaller pieces and reduce the risk of taking off too much. Im impressed they removed most of the hair and were easy to use. I'm new so I had to go through a few places twice. Unfortunately, one of these areas damaged my skin (as pictured). Next time I'll be more careful and also try to cut out the strips to curve like my eyebrow like the others did. I hope
