Soft, easy to tear, but works.

The thermal pad is very soft and tears easily. This is both a good thing and a bad thing as it helps shape or stretch a bit, but it can easily tear accidentally. The pad comes with fabric on one side and plastic wrap on the other side. It does NOT state which side to use or if there is any difference at all or which side is "stickier". At first glance, both sides are the same, even if one "seems" to be covered in plastic. two m.2 and my memory cards. This is for Alienware m15 2020.

Enhanced M.2 NVMe Cooling

I bought these to replace the very weak (3.0 W/mK) thermal pads that come with some of my external NVMe cases such as the Samsung 960 - and 970 SSDs are still running very hot (85 vs 90+ without anything). In general, the higher the rating, the more robust and robust thermal pads are, and they're no exception, but not up to Fujipoly's 17.0 W/mK level. They work well enough.
