I am 5'5", 146 lbs, waist 30". For shirts and trousers I wear a size S. Not bad unless you like the firm grip and visible muscles. They are comfortable but a bit thin. The hem is very narrow and falls out over size XS. The good thing is that they stretch and work well as a base layer. Don't carry them alone as the trapdoor won't close and my trash leaks out unless you're happy to zip around the house.
