This is a small packet but if you follow the directions and just add 30ml of salt to your foot spa you will get 16 soaks per packet which is not bad. Personally, I add more salt to foot baths, so I add regular Epsom salt as well. The smell is predictably quite healing. If you like the smell of tea tree oil then you will love this one too - it's a gorgeous scent. There are probably other oils here, but they don't really stand out. Salts are large and large, but dissolve well. It's nice to soak, but no magical powers or anything. The reusable seal on my bag didn't work so I had to fold it up and secure it. It is made in China.
