Review on 🚿 ALFI brand RAIN12S - 12" Square Ultra Thin Rain Shower Head, Brushed Stainless Steel by Stacy Hall

Purchased 14th February 2014 It's possible I was one of the first to purchase this. I bought this along with a 16 inch shower arm. I may need to replace the clutch holding the head to my hand. But the head itself is holding up very well. Real stainless steel doesn't rust, it doesn't usually rust, it corrodes. Corrosion is usually caused by hard water. Now 11/19/2016. I went with 12 inches for fear I wouldn't have enough pressure. My wife complains from time to time that the conditioner doesn't fully rinse out of her hair. Ours is just under 7 feet from the shower floor, 6.8 feet to be exact. That almost 1 foot difference compared to a standard showerhead will cause you to increase the water temperature a bit and lose pressure. Cleaning I have found that after the first year it is better to clean the jets when they are dry and have been off for a while rather than trying to clean them in the shower, the faster you can spin the jets the more the deposits come the better you are, the better you will feel the small stones that have formed due to the accumulation of calcium. Didn't try bathing the shower head in the CLR. Because of the real marble on the floor and walls, I would have to take my head off. See close-ups from 11/19/2016. I do not regret the purchase.
