Works Great - Pipe Fittings
Over the years my pop-up heads have become grassy. That's exactly what we need to get the pop-ups over the tall fescue. I cut one off about 1 inch, the other 2 inches. Easy to cut - I used a hacksaw. Any saw with fine teeth will do. They work well with pop-up sprinklers, but not with the larger Nelson brand gear-driven sprinklers. . I should have checked the size of the gear driven sprinkler fitting before I dig it up. Spirit. I assumed they were 1/2 inch too. I need to find some with larger thread diameters.
