I bought this jacket as a Christmas present for my granddaughter and the first day she wore the jacket two buttons fell off (without her knowing) because the company didn't take the jacket back , asked replace buttons. I haven't heard from the company and I have to change all the buttons or my granddaughter won't need the jacket. I figured the least they would do was replace the knobs, but obviously customer service doesn't take up much space in their business plan.
