Bought for use in church...the pews put a tremendous amount of pressure on my back. The first hour everything was fine, but in the second hour a small "comb" in the middle of the pillow started to bother me. When I got home I decided to return it. Then my husband took it and started using it in his chair. A few days later he said it was the best back support pillow he had ever had. He said the comb was perfect for flattening his spine. We both have lower back problems, but for completely different reasons. It just goes to show that everyone is different. I'm only deducting one star because it's not for everyone.
