I love this bag! It's very well done. Very sturdy, lots of space and all straps are comfortable. It looks and feels like real leather. I even retired my $400 designer bag and use this exclusively. The bottom of the straps is made of coarse (but comfortable) material so they don't slip off your shoulders and don't slide down your back. I plan to bring this bag to Europe this summer for its anti-theft feature. Rear access so I don't have to worry about someone in the crowd unzipping and taking my wallet. The reason I gave it four stars is because the back panel inside the bag (the one with two zippered compartments and one open vent) fits into the large main compartment. It takes two hands to put something in a pocket. One to slide back the back panel and the other to insert your item. If the back panel were somehow better attached to the frame of the bag itself it would be the perfect five star product!
