Item arrived in used condition

I received my flanges in a hefty ziploc bag and they had obviously been used before because there were water stains all over the plastic. Pretty grossed out that I paid full price for used items that arrived in non original packaging.

Pros

These are wonderful. Ladies measure your size it’s so important! Fits with my Medela pump perfectly.

The design may not be ergonomic for all users
