I have this in a heather rainbow design and I love that it's roomy so it gets plenty of airflow on warm days and then you can use it year round too by asking your child to wear a long sleeve top underneath it for extra warmth! :) I also love that you can pair it with pants or shorts of almost any color and it fits because it's mainly black and white so it's comfortable and the rainbow gives it a nice touch of color! And the fact that it's pleated makes it a little more elegant, which makes it ideal for a child to wear to a party etc. The black spots also help hide any blemishes that may appear on the top. (Kids always seem to get stains on "white" shirts, lol!) The label says 100% cotton, so I'm glad it's 100% cotton and not "95% cotton, 5% polyester " as originally advertised. Conditions. I prefer 100% cotton for everything, especially kids! So that's a plus! :D
