Learning curve, a bit hard, suction power enough for bruises
This cup is not for beginners. I've been using a silicone mug for a long time but figured a glass mug would be a cleaner option. The suction is so strong that I would be careful when using it on my face. The bottle is quite stiff so it's a bit tiring on my hand. It's doable once you get the hang of it, but I'll probably stick with an all-silicon cup.
